An interview at our company lasts 30 to 60 minutes and the goal is to find out your expectations of a new job, motivational factors, salary requirements, your goals, and ambitions. You will also take a written language test that lasts 10 minutes. If you then find our offer interesting and your knowledge and skills correspond with the client’s needs, we will continue by introducing the position and client to you. The next step is the examination of your application form by our client which will ideally lead to a personal meeting. Please be fully prepared for the interview as it may be your only opportunity to show that you are the right person for the job.
